Gain Experience Across Different Areas of Our Business

The objective and purpose of the Leadership Development Program is to recruit, train, and develop high-potential college graduates to create a pipeline of talent for Heritage as well as provide each participant with the ability to accelerate their career growth and help determine their ideal fit within the organization. Each of these programs consists of three 9 – 12 month rotational assignments over the course of two to three years. These rotations are focused on offering participants a variety of assignments while providing the exposure and hands-on training necessary to advance and add value throughout their career.

Leadership Development Program employees will also:

  • receive one week of training in leadership and business skills as they complete each of their three rotations.
  • work on both functional specific and cross-functional projects with a team of Leadership Development Program participants that will expose them to current Heritage business issues while partnering with high level managers and executives
