Our Impact

Heritage Waste Solutions

Heritage Waste Solutions (HWS) is a New Jersey A901 licensed transportation and disposal company specializing in the disposal of bulk hazardous waste.

Through our strategic alliance partnership with licensed disposal facilities, HWS manages large waste transportation and disposal projects, with access to a vast network of rail, logistic, and waste treatment/disposal capabilities.

Our Commitment

Provide transportation and disposal solutions to licensed disposal facilities using our extensive regulatory and remediation knowledge to assure a safe, compliant, and contractually complete project to our customers on time and within budget.

When you are working with HWS, you are working with a dedicated logistics team with direct access to end disposal facilities.

HWS utilizes a combination of truck and rail strategies to enable cost-effective and sustainable solutions for the transportation of RCRA hazardous or PCB contaminated soil, debris, or sediment to licensed Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSDFs). Multimodal logistic strategies facilitate long-distance moves using assets controlled by HWS which includes trucks, intermodal rail equipment, and gondola railcars. Shipping by rail significantly reduces the amount of CO2 emissions when compared to trucking and helps to foster sustainable green remediation strategies.

In the last decade, HWS has become a recognized leader in the transportation of hazardous and TSCA waste materials by rail from New Jersey. We have the experience and expertise to design a logistics strategy for your project, and as a shipper with our own rail equipment, we can do it efficiently and cost-effectively.

Direct Line to Strategic Disposal Facilities

Our strategic alliance partners own and operate numerous disposal facilities, including RCRA Stabilization, Subtitle C Landfill, and RCRA Incineration. HWS representatives focus exclusively on transportation and disposal of TSCA remediation waste and RCRA hazardous waste, which allows for responsive feedback to our customers.

Multi-Modal Capabilities

HWS manages a mature network of intermodal, gondola, truck, and barge modalities and can provide an array of transportation options. HWS often utilizes both gondola and intermodal transport options simultaneously from a single remediation site to assure no downtime and keep projects running on time and on budget.

HWS prides itself on being a teammate.
